These classes are specifically designed to cater for Kids.CrossFit Kids & Teens aims to teach proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements and trains kids to be generally physically prepared in all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy).As a result, kids are given the skills to excel in life and sport through tailored instruction and ensures that teens are challenged and find benefit in each class.
