    A great way to come and try our program and to see what our amazing community has to offer. the 2 week beginner includes:
    2 Week fundamental Course starting the 15th of August.  
    6 x 1 hour sessions designed to progress and understand movement patterns
    Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights at 7:30pm
    Capped at 10 people total.
